Evaluation Resources from HealTorture.org
February 8, 2017
Evaluation is a priority for funders. It also allows you to demonstrate the results of your programs and communicate your results more powerfully to your supporters. But many programs lack a dedicated data analyst or evaluation specialist to lead this process of evaluation, so you need material communicated in an exceptionally clear, straightforward way.
HealTorture.org’s Evaluation section provides a number of user-friendly evaluation resources: an e-learning course on the basics of planning, monitoring, evaluation, & research; reviews of tools that are available to conduct evaluations; guidance on choosing the right tool for your situation; and inspiring examples of tool development. It’s arranged to be useful for both the beginning evaluator and the experienced practitioner.
